stay is very dirty and even They do not ask for tea and breakfast whether it is included and kitchen was not also good and There was only house keeping 2 boys not any manager who can welcome us and some dirty in bed room also

This place is not worth it. Kitchen, Room, Reception is not properly cleaned, maintained. Staff don’t know about any nearby facilities.

Deluxe Rooms are not ventilated.mentioned for the Deluxe room they are having Balcony If possible to avoid this. locality is a good nearby lot of hotels there. Besides this property you will get a pure veg restaurant which is providing lunch and dinner.

Worst experience ever with this hotel no breakfast no lights in bathroom smelly blankets and worst mattress to sleep overall please contact the hotel owner to look into this matter and do take this matter seriously. Its very bad experience do needful so that anyone else don’t face these problems.

It was very bad experience. We can't get any hot water any time, we have to bath with cold water everyday and also room service is not good. Breakfast also not given or asked by the care taker

Stay away. Room was not that clean and smelly bathroom. No parking space, car has to be parked on a jammed road. There is just one hotel staff, who manages almost all. Cunningly guided me to gave jungle safari and told me i have to take a jeep paying rs3500 for the trip. I later found out that private car even auto also are allowed. Also told me that i need to start at morning 5am so that i will a family of 3 skip the breakfast, where as at any time to start the safari trip was ok. I had to leave my driver and car at the hotel and the driver was not given a cup of tea or breakfast even if he saved the breakfast cost of 3. He did not agree to pay back the breakfast cost which i had already paid. Only +ve of this hotel is it is at 200mtrs walking distance from the periyar national park and the elephant ride/kathakali cener which are the 2 main attraction of thekkady.

This property should avoid using the word resort in their name. It is not at all a resort. It could be a cottage or a kind of service apartments, that too with Limited services. Kudos to the property manager. He compensates for the shortcomings with his gentle smile and support. A comedy happened there to share: For Breakfast, they asked whether to have Buffet or would like to place order. When asked about menu, the manager said Idli, Sambar, (one) Chutney and Aaloo Parota. Thats it. When asked what else we shall order for, he said either Idly OR Aaloo Parota😀😀😀

This location is close to a lot of places. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are very decent. Clean rooms
