Room not clean many cockroach in room

Hotel and staff is really very good. food is really good. only issue is surrounding area. Hotel is 500 meter inside from the main road, so , peaceful. Also budget friendly.

Good Location just near by new delhi railway station food quality is good staff Behaviour also very good. Drinking water and hot water available.

location is pretty bad. congested and dirty area/surroundings. didn't like it. however bookings carry such risk.

First we got an unclean room and reported to reception. They immediately checked and gave us a far better and cleaner room. We stayed with family for 5 nights, 2 rooms. Value for money. Close to railway station.

Food we did not have. Rooms were filthy and stinking. Management has no control. Not recommended at all.

Not getting quick service, may time call in restaurant of hotel but didn't answered, no towel at time of check inn.

Seriously this is the worst stay i have ever face, there is no staff or receptionist available at any time, you have to search all the things by your own self, no one available to help you. There is only one staff available there and his nature is very rude. The location is very bad, there is no cooking staff available in the kitchen for preparing food, all the services are very very baad

Location was very good for us because of shopping purpose in Sadar bazar. Food was OK. Room service was good.

The hotel is built up very nicely but the service is not good . It seems like its too big for them to handle . The restaurant has menu card but nothing is available apart from the buffet. The staff are not welcoming. There are no windows in the room. Water clogging is a big issue in bathrooms and wash basin. The staff are not properly informed about the hotel. The buffet was good. The ambience is good. The TV did not work for me all 3days of my stay. WiFi intermittently worked and the staff showed no willingness to get me online, so even I gave up. The location was nice and very calm. Most of the rooms hot during the days even when the A/C is on. For me, the location worked out as I wanted a hotel in Baner. There are no super markets near by. For everything you need a vehicle or need to walk 1. 5 km to buy anything, as there is nothing around.

Affordable hotel near Railway Station (Paharganj side) for one or two day stay for business. Good/Fit for business solo traveller . Nearest metro station is Rajiv Chowk which can be reached by Rikshaw or Auto for Rs. 30 . Its a very old hotel and tariff is very affordable. But you need to book in advance as often the hotel is sold out.

Locality is so bad, never book this hotel, noise pollution is also there, nothing to see outside from hotel, taxi and auto riksha don't know about this hotel ,. MMT please don't put this hotel in your cite

Start with a room condition it was dirty, no Cleanliness, only a bed was there ... Then a bathroom, it was worth. No towel, no shop, nothing was there, Service was OK, food was good. Picture that I saw was very different than this. I must say don't go with the pic, it's not a good at all ...

Rooms are neat and clean, staff are well mannered, food is good. There is proper parking space, hotel Ambiance fantastic. Value for money. Wi-Fi is awesome. Totally secure hotel. Well maintained rooms fully decorate.
