The rooms are not clean. The condition of the washroom is terrible. It is not worth the price paid. Blankets are not washed for so long. The room is like garbage filled with used plastic and rubber items. Ac is working well. I found insects in the room. Cockroaches and snails are present in the washroom. Walls are full of mould.

Bedsheet was torn bed and room was smelling very badly. We can't stay there for 5 minutes. We had to book another hotel through your company only.

The room had a bed with a smaller bed-sheet than the mattress, dirty washroom with no water in the toilet, tv was there but 90% channel were not available as it was not subscribed for, no blanket in the room and ac remote was not available in the room. Hotel staff came and switched in the ac then he went away, Overall it was a waste of money.

Though I did full online payment via this app the hotel reception refused to give me a room saying that they are not actually connected with MakeMyTrip anymore. Then I call back the owner of the hotel whom I had called at the time of booking also and warned him to go to the consumer forum. At last they give me double bed room with a nasty bathroom. After a request they shifted me to a room with better condition at night.

First if all in spite of pre booking guests were not accommodated in the designated hotel. They were sent to another hotel as there were no vacant rooms here. The other hotel was far and was not in our preferred location. Dirty room, surroundings, no water in the bathroom. Dirty bathroom. Sewage water flowing into bathroom. Horrible experience. Full refund is demanded.

Worst hotel in Kolkata, no room service. If you book this hotel you will relocated to other hotel because they are only using this location as office . They will bring you food from cheapest hotels and will charge you triple . Romms are to small . No regular clean-up . AC is not working . Don't go there
