Hotel O Pratham Inn Near Gomti Riverfront Park

I didn’t get any room even after booking it online and also I didn’t got my refund and and no rooms were available

It's like residential houses, the washrooms are not good, even door was not closing properly and window was transparent in front of washroom door which was visible from the common gallary,

We have no rooms for already booked for marriage event in first fabhotel gahmar i had booked 6 rooms for 12 members with 100% advance payment. When i reached hotel they told me we have no room we reached hotel at 3:30 am when i connect no positive response at last i have to call 112. gave us positive response. When they hear are coming than they become ready to give room. In rooms there's no towel, no dental kit, soap nothing we had busy schedule i had purchased all the stuff. In second hotel prat-ham i faced same situation but here they ask for extra money i had paid 500 extra for a single room with no towel, no positive behaviour, no washroom kit nothing. Terrible. You ask for rating there should be minus point as well.

I am happy with this hotel and i recommend to other for it

i booked the hotel for 3rd and 4th may'23i reached lucknow on 4th morning via train and was not allowed to check-in, infact they had given my room to someone else. instead of showing hospitality they have thrown me out of the hotel in the morning.

Don't visit staff behavior is very bad. And also take extra charges

It was a pleasure staying at this brand new property, which is 5 minutes walking from the cums school. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again.

Cleaning was good but they demanded extra amount. Otherwise they said we will not accept the booking. Pay more or go
