Very poor room ... AC not working and no light.

First time it's my bad experience through make my trip service app. Room was so dirty. Bathroom such do stinky. Food was tasteless after that AC was not working and then no light. Around 3 am they provide light. No power backup. I don't want to go there.

The room was not good as shown in the pictures and the direction given in the google map is incorrect. So, I suffer a lot of problem in searching hotel. According to hotel room standard, the room price is high. None of room amenities were given. Worst experience ever.
