Poor condition of the room (cleanliness)

The room wasn't perfectly clean although one could adjust. The bedsheets and pillow cover were quite old and has yellow stains. The room wasn't clean as we found chocolate wrappers inside. Rest it was okay.

The service was good but the room was not as good as shown in the picture. Also, the wall was damaged however the washroom was good and bigger compared to any other hotel.

Room not worthy

soloI booked room only, there was mosquito in room. First time I have to pay for 1 water bottle which is complimentary in every hotel even in 5 star, not value for money. One issue with MakeMyTrip invoice also. My visit was on company expense. When I booked room it was showing GST amount but invoice not showing in GST details even I put GST detail while booking. Not acceptable from MakeMyTrip.

They are charging for items which are not even in their menu and a high price, which doesn't make sense. Manager was not co-operative. Rest staff was good and helpful.
