Better place to stay with family. The service is also good. Feel like homely atmosphere. Reachable with medicine store, restaurants, atm.

TL;DR — this house and management are both terrible. The house has a cockroach infestation and is falling apart and the management is not interested in working with you. I stayed at HomeSlice Yellow for roughly 3 weeks; it was supposed to be a month but it was so bad I left early. On the first day that I arrived, I noticed that the place was significantly older than the pictures make it seem. This is okay, but it also clearly was not kept well or taken care of. I stayed in the Terrace Room. The room itself was not cleaned properly before I arrived. There was still hair in the drain, cigarette butts in the bathroom, and two cockroaches present in the room. I then spoke with Naveen and Sandy who did a thorough cleanof the bathroom and the room. The next morning, I went down to the kitchen and there were two more cockroaches in the kitchen and around the washing machine (these are both the very large ones and the small ones). I then asked for a deep clean of the kitchen which was done. The stay, however, did not improve. Within a week or so, I continued to have cockroaches in the bathroom, in the room. Additionally, the water completely shut off three times during my stay — it was not until after the third time, that there was a thorough investigation done to figure out what was causing this. One of the times this happened, there was no water from 10PM until the next morning, making the bathroom unusable. The hot water stopped working twice. It pretty much felt like everyday there was another significant issue that arose. There continued to be cockroaches throughout the house during my stay which was my main concern; if there were a few that resolved on the first day (after using HIT) it would make me feel as though it was an isolated problem. But seeing 10-12 over the course of 3 weeks in various parts of the house demonstrates that it is a widespread infestation and should addressed which the team was unwilling to do. I moved out early to a different place because it felt so unhygienic and I tried to speak about it multiple times; he gave me one phone call saying he would check with the owner and then sent me a message. I then asked him to call me twice and each time he said he would call me again later without ever calling me back. I was still paying for the room at this time and, thus, as a tenant should have at least had the chance to speak with the general manager. I would not recommend this place at all and it gives me pause about all of their properties. The one bright spot was the caretaker, Dinesh who was very helpful.

Enjoyed staying at yellow 26. Such a good place and comfort for economic price. Felt like staying at home. I will recommend this place to my friends and family also. Thank you
