Stay was good ,room was clean and neat but the food was average .the swimming pool has to be maintained.staffs were friendly

Wonderful ambience. Enjoyed at the neat and clean private swimming pool. very calm and peaceful place. breakfast buffet was nice with wide spread.

Very good hotel . Clean rooms. They could have better towels though . It was clean but towels are not of high quality to suit a 4 star hotel . But otherwise very good

We stayed in a pool villa at Heritage Madurai and had a wonderful experience. The room was excellent, food delicious, and the property itself is beautifully maintained with lush greenery right in the middle of town. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. The staff offered outstanding service throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay here and would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing break. The property has a serene atmosphere, blending comfort with a touch of tradition. The highlight for me was the swimming pool, which is uniquely set in a temple pond—something you don’t get to experience often. It adds a calm and almost spiritual charm to the place, making a simple swim feel special.

Location was great, property was good too mainly the exteriors, pool and the space . Amazing staff really sweet and helpful, the only problem with this place is the maintenance I believe the bathroom taps were too tight and old , doors were really creaky sliding doors difficult to open or close.

Its a beautiful spead around property and more of a retreat. Food is good. The vibe of place is very good & relaxing.

surely everyone will get a wow factor when you enter the property...the pool villa was such a amazing experience for stay ..so traditional and entire building ambiance is so peacefully

This property is right in the centre of the city. The property is huge with lot of greenery. Booked pool villa which was just awesome. The cottage was very spacious and well maintained. Food was ok.

Service was ok, room could have been cleaner, had a smell when we walked in. sheets were old and duvet was flat. Toilet was not maintained well. Pool was dirty. Restaurant food was bad (breakfast)

Upgraded my room ! Private pool inside ! Wooden heritage look ! Washroom tiles homely ! One suggestion- No need to restrict video & photography! It may increase popularity !!

However, the room was an average for this kind of property, especially the bathroom sink was clogged and that is not a nice feel, the least to mention! Wonderful experience. This was my second time staying at Heritage Madurai, and it's always been great. We got a villa with a private pool and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Friendly, courteous, helpful staff. Very good food. Very comfortable rooms. And overall, really beautiful property with a great vibe. Highly recommended. Wonderful experience.
