No trained staff maintaining the apartment

Apartment is on walkable distance from Metro Station. Also it is clean and service is very good. I want to add a suggestion. As all hotels or service apartment have 24hrs checkout. From your check-in. So we had to checkout based on our time. We are thankful to the caretaker they provided lock room facility and we could keep our luggage for few hours. Thanks all.

Shift the booking to another hotel. We have faced a lot of problem during stay.

Location is central. Food is hygienic but boring. Service is a little slow.

Good stay but could be little bit less cost

Parking was not proper. Room service needs improvement. Room was spacious but the washroom was not clean. Not recommended, go for another option if you get.

I stayed in this property with my friends. The location was easy to reach. The facilities were not good enough. Rooms were not much comfortable and the washroom was also not clean. They need to improve the food quality. I will not recommend this property to others.

There was lot of confusion about inclusion of breakfast with room rent. After discussion they served breakfast but wasted lot of my time.

A very good place for foreigners like us and it's awesome. I love to visit once again and recommend this place for travellers who wants a calm and silent place. The hotel expenses seems to be normal and the breakfast especially pongs is awesome.

It is basically a service apartment. Room was quite clean and the staff are cordial. Room service was prompt. AC was not working properly and they responded immediately and fixed it. Location is good, near T Nagar. High speed WiFi is available. Breakfast was decent.

This is my second visit to this hotel within a span of about 15 months. I see many changes which are not in the to- welcomed category. This time I came across the following problems which were not there the first time: 1. Wi-fi facility was not available. 2. We had to change the room ; in one room TV was not working; in the other the AC was not working. 3. Complementary materials like soap, shampoo sachets were not provided. 4. The flush tank cistern was leaky. But for the above lapses, the rooms were okay.

Location is too hard too find and room SERVICE was not good it takes time get the things. Value of money I've give 3 star. Morning breakfast is not enough at all. Which quiet less not. Need improve that
