    This is my second visit to this hotel within a span of about 15 months. I see many changes which are not in the to- welcomed category. This time I came across the following problems which were not there the first time: 1. Wi-fi facility was not available. 2. We had to change the room ; in one room TV was not working; in the other the AC was not working. 3. Complementary materials like soap, shampoo sachets were not provided. 4. The flush tank cistern was leaky. But for the above lapses, the rooms were okay.

    Location is too hard too find and room SERVICE was not good it takes time get the things. Value of money I've give 3 star. Morning breakfast is not enough at all. Which quiet less not. Need improve that

    I'm a regular visitor and love visiting this place just because it's quite and calm in nature. Moreover the shops, malls are pretty near by and the staff of the hotel are really helpful. The staff are just a phone call away and request management to provide intercom in every rooms. Internet is super fast and overall my stay is satisfactory.

    NO AC.. Electrician on his way forever... 72hrs no AC... No water 3hrs.. Wait to go to toilet.. 11pm gates locked.. Lights off.. Jump the 5. 5feet long gate and use phone light to get to your room.. Bed bugs crawl on your linen.. Boxed stale breakfast.. Lift only till apartment door.. Walk up the stairs with your luggage.. Nothing right about this place!!
