I recently stayed at Ginger Hotel, Vapi, and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The rooms were very smelly and poorly maintained, and the size of the room was extremely small, making it uncomfortable. Even the bed was not up to the mark and far too small for a couple to sleep properly. On top of that, the flush in the bathroom was not working, which caused a lot of inconvenience during the stay. The only good part of the experience was the breakfast, which was satisfying. Overall, I expected a much better standard from Ginger Hotels, and I sincerely hope the management looks into improving room hygiene, maintenance, and guest comfort.

Pathetic rooms, it’s almost hopeless. Rooms are very unhygienic and bathroom are in bad shape. And even the location is very bad.

The commode wasn’t flushing properly, the drains were clogged. No hot water from the shower or the basin tap. Room looked shabby. I won’t recommend it to anyone ever.

Property Location is good, Approach road is not that great Food portion and quality was okay Facilities average Ginger at other locations / new properties are better, this property needs renovation.

No basic amenities like towel, dental kit, bathroom slippers available. On repeated requested i could get a towel late night and dental kit.. Wi-Fi was not working for my room again on repeated request still didn’t bother to make it work. Food is very low quality

I just visited Hotel in the this month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again. After conducting research, I selected this hotel. I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I highly recommend it! The secure and safe environment of this hotel will always have my heart. I have recommended that others visit Ginger once, and I can assure you that they will never regret it.

Bad/Slow service, room not clean, not in good condition, limited food when u book dinner as package.

The location of the property is very convenient since the property is located adjacent to the highway. Staff is courteous and the breakfast spread is good. Rooms are small and bathroom needs maintenance.

Bed sheet & pillow are looks like used one & having yellow colour which is visible that hotel is doesn’t care about hygiene.Regarding breakfast charges are included but they’re timing is starting from 07:30 & at 07:30 it was not ready.This wasn’t expected from Ginger especially from the hygiene part.

Very Good Experience. Good Ambience & room quality, bathroom etc. with appropriate facility. Good food quality. Perfectly useful for company outdoor stay. Staff is also helpful. Overall very nice experience found.
