The hotel didn’t care about the noise coming from other rooms till 2AM. Instead, we were downgraded to another room because of that.

There was a wedding going on the property which ruined our stay. No other guest should be entertained during wedding. The checkin was chaotic followed by time taken for luggage to come to the room. The property was crowded by workers arranging stage decor etc. Infinity pool area had so many people arranging decor and stage for wedding that really killed the infinity pool experience. Staff was courteous but with wedding to support was looked exhausted.

The experience was really nice and the hospitality provided by Hotel Staff was above par. The food, the chef, the reception desk all were so humble and polite. Special Thanks to Aditya Fatura(AGM),He was so generous and gave us pleasant memories dueing our stay.

Excellent food, Clean rooms, and very nice hospitality! The chef, Mr. Shivraj makes amazing food! The only bad thing is the checkout time of 11:00 AM! To be honest it is just absurd to get the room at 2:00PM and check out at 11:00 AM! The hotel should seriously re look into this!

Property view was very nice as if in the lap of nature, some of the staff were overwhelming. But some of them were very adamant and not cooperative. Food wasn’t that great to die for was ok ok.

It was a pleasant stay, would definitely go again. The breakfast buffet and the view of the valley comes with it was exquisite.

I recently stayed at Fortune Forest Hill Kasuali, and my experience was a mix of highs and lows. While the food was truly awesome, the rest of the stay was average. The major letdown was the rooms. The profile pictures showcased rooms that were completely different from what we got. When we pointed this out, the staff claimed it was a mistake. The rooms were not up to the mark, and considering the price quoted, I expected much better. The room service was painfully slow. Despite repeated reminders, it took ages to get even the simplest requests fulfilled. Overall, while the food was a highlight, the room discrepancies, slow service, and overpriced rates made our stay just average. Perhaps they can work on these aspects to live up to their promises.

The location is good, road is bad. In return the road got damaged so had to take alternative route. Our room was in a section that was under construction so there was some drilling noise, water noise from plumbing was significant. There was no significant activity to do TT table was broken, pool was not proper we couldn't swim since it became dirty.

Except food everything else was average. Special shoutout to Chef Shivraj who took extra care of our 10 month baby food! Thanks a lot! Apart from him found every other staff member sub par in terms of hospitality quotient! Regretted booking 1 night in ITC Fortune after spending 2 nights in ITC STORII (Kaba Retreat) ! All hype no substance - would highly recommend ITC Storii over this so called 5 Star property!

Our stay was super comfortable. Staffs were really polite and always remained available for any help. Our balcony view was the best part in our stay. Food was awesome. Mr Shivraj, Mr Deepak, Veer Pal Kaur from Zodiac kitchen were very polite and very quick in service. Mutton curry in Dinner was the best dish I ate in many years. Overall excellent stay experience. Keep it up team.

Had a wonderful stay at Fortune Select Forest Hill by ITC. The resort is beautifully located amidst the hills, offering peace and stunning views. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was warm and helpful. The food was delicious and well-curated. A perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

The pros...great location....clean rooms....excellent food...but they should mention two things...1 if there is a wedding or not. 2 the premium room has a shared balcony...ruins the experience

We recently stayed at this hotel as a family of four — my wife, our two kids (an 8-month-old and a 5-year-old), and I — and we had an incredibly comfortable and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their warm hospitality and positive attitude. Everyone, from the reception team to the waiters and housekeeping staff, was courteous, professional, and genuinely attentive to our needs. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the food was simply amazing — fresh, flavorful, and with a good variety to suit all tastes. The location of the hotel is beautiful, and the clean swimming pool and kids’ play area were welcome bonuses that our children thoroughly enjoyed. What truly stood out was the care and attention the staff gave to our children. They went out of their way to prepare customised meals — like porridge and apple puree for our infant and fresh juices made to order for our older child. This level of thoughtfulness made a big difference and made us feel right at home. One incident on our last night truly highlighted the integrity and professionalism of the staff. My wife unknowingly lost her gold ring at the hotel restaurant. Before we even realised it was missing, a staff member approached us with the ring, asking if it belonged to us. Such honesty and promptness are rare and deeply appreciated. And to top it all off — the hotel’s chef is not only great in the kitchen but also a talented singer, entertaining guests with his voice as beautifully as he does with his culinary skills! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with young children. We left with happy hearts and lasting memories.

It is very nice property and staff very welcoming. Due to working days, almost entire hotel had rooms available and only 6-7 total guests were there. Expected good discount in such scenario instead of full price.
