Hello very sorry for the inconvenience. There were some sudden technical issue with ac, once we came to know this we have booked nearby place and offered full refund. We were fully booked so was not possible to provide alternate room at our property, as per the policy refund can not be initiated after whole stay. Regards

The place was really good. Very clean. Good food (vegetarian. The host and the hostess were really considerate. Taking care of every little detail. Overall, my stay was comfortable. No complaints whatsoever. Done.

The location was very perfect near to the hospital

We went to Mumbai to visit a hospital so it was a perfect place near to the hospital. The caretaker was supportive, the room was clean and we have got all the facilities except the kitchen. As a patient, I was in need of kitchen but it was not available. I can recommend others.
