Bad property and management

I had to do a late checkin and i told the caretaker about it very clearly. I had to call him about 25 times after it he picked the call and opened the door, I also clearly had a word and he assured that they will give the parking for my car but at 2 am he denied and i had to find a place to park my car on road. And the best part is he lied the parking was totally empty despite that he made me to roam for 30 min in the midnight. The jacuzzi was also leaking, bedsheet was total damp, walls were dirty and dusty, spider webs all over definitely not worth it. This place sucks…
