Overall the stay was good, complimentary breakfast and food items are also good. The wifi service though could be improved as it was not consistent and the road in front of the property was a mess during rains.

Poor Stay

We have changed room twice due to cleanliness issue. On third day we have upgraded our room but during check out they were asking for cash. There were gutter water collected just outside the gate for the whole trip.no one cares to do something about it The balcony (in upgraded room) was unsafe to use as the adjacent room share the same balcony. The location was tough to reach through cab service Constant smell of gutter water which was there for 7 straight days right at the entrance

Dear Sir, Sorry about your experience, the upgrade for you was a paid one and was agreed in advance. For the road conditions, unfortunately we can't do much as that is Municipal corporation which maintains it. We have priced this property most economonically due to the constraintsbin rainy season.
