Treebo Astor HSR Layout

I recently stayed at this Treebo Astor HSR Layout for 5 nights and had a pleasant experience overall. I’d like to give special recognition to the receptionist, shyamli, who was exceptionally polite and always had solutions to any issues i encountered. Another standout staff member was srikanth, one of the caretakers, who consistently ensured my orders were delivered promptly and with care. Their dedication and professionalism truly elevated my stay. The Treebo Astor HSR Layout is conveniently located in a prime area with easy access to nearby attractions. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a long day. While the room was decent, the air conditioning unit felt quite outdated, reminiscent of the 1980s, and the lighting in the room could be brighter to create a more welcoming ambiance. One area that could use improvement is the breakfast buffet, which was disappointing due to its limited menu consisting of just three items, with idle and sambar being fixed options every day. Suggestions for improvement: 1. Install a modern air conditioning system to enhance guest comfort. 2. Add brighter lighting to the rooms for a more vibrant and inviting atmosphere. 3. Diversify the breakfast buffet menu to offer more variety. 4. Consider starting an in-house restaurant for lunch and dinner to enhance the dining experience for guests. Overall, i’d rate my stay at 3. 5 stars. However, thanks to the exceptional service provided by shyamli and srikanth, they truly deserve a 5-star acknowledgment

we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Treebo Astor HSR Layout treebo astor bengaluru. staffs were very friendly and supportive. a huge thumbsup to the house keeping team for sparkling clean towels and bed sheet. it was a home away from home experience. thank you team treebo astor👍

Need to hygiene and clean, At the time of check-in they told me the kid's age were more than 5 years so they counted separately after a little argument they accepted the booking details from the App

Best place to stay in Bangalore, this was my second time stay looking forward to going there again and again. staff behaviour excellent and best support by reception staff..!

The room was good, breakfast was good but the washroom tap is not proper. It even came into hand off. Others things are well and good

Rooms are good to live and hygiene , so i can refer to who were going to book the rooms and you can live there.

Stay was good. Hospital staff was co-operative & cordial. Services provided by the staff was prompt. Rooms & linen were clean.
