I stayed at this hotel for two nights during a recent trip. Overall, it was a decent experience — not great, but not terrible either. The location was convenient, close to office and airport, which made getting around easy. The room was clean on arrival and had the basic amenities like Wi-Fi and TV. However, a few things could have been better. In summary, it’s a good place if you’re looking for a short, budget-friendly stay and don’t expect luxury. With a few improvements, it could be a great mid-range option.

day 1 was ok, but on day 2, power gone, we suffered lots of problem.

Poor hygiene. Not well clean. Geyser and TV not working

The rooms were clean and value for money. However there was no breakfast or food available unlike mentioned while booking the stay

The stay was pathetic, geyser doesn’t work, linen in the room was soo dirty. Had to change the room 3 times and they don’t even provide water bottles. No basic amenities was provided.

Breakfast was part of the booking but they said they don't provide and don't have any facilities available. Geyser not working so no hot water (thankfully water was not very cold today (rain stopped yesterday). Bedspreads were soiled and too bad. However the room was very clean and mopped. TV works with internet apps like youtube.

The location of the property is very convenient for snacks and tea in the morning . All around there is lot of busy atmosphere . Nice feel to th place . Breakfast is not available in the hotel but during booking it showed as included . Towels and water were not provided in room . Had to buy water bottles . When I enquired at checkout regarding towels they said you need to call reception to get the towels . I thought this is also not included in stay . For single persons it is ok. Not for family. Not for family Relaxation because for good you compulsorily need to travel 3-4 kms

The rooms were comfortable and clean. If you are visting any of the offices at GAR, kokapet then it's ideal location as it's 15 mins walk. There are lots of hostels around if you are looking for options for your wards stay. The only negative is the hotel does not have a kitchen, infact there is no decent hotel anywhere in the vicinity. The only option is swiggy, so you can order your food.

Pension feel for my solo European trip. Room was local style and staff was culturally helpful. Perfect for solo cultural exploration.
