Location is 100 mtrs from baga road. It has nice lawn for party. Total 2 floors with 2 bedroom each. Bathroom needs to be renovated though. Kitchen is fully equipped with essential utensils. Ac working good. Hot water is there. Pool is not that good.

very rude owner. i had one more member join in for our trip and the total stay for 10 ppl and for one person extra he charged us ₹1000 extra else he had asked him to find some other property. don't go for such properties. as they demand too much when it's season time.. nothing much

Dear sir, you booked for 8 members and the charges applied accordingly but when you reached 10 members then of-course as per policy we have to charge extra for those 2 extra members. Because we need to arrange sleeping arrnagments for all of you. Basis on that if you dissatisfied then we are help less in this matter

Too good property for a gorup or a family. Beach just 100 meters and rooms are very neat and clean. Service boy srikant is so good in helping that you don't need to rush for everything. Night time we get free barbeque facility as well

Dont know about others but we really liked the property as shown in pics. The staff was very helpful and even we meet the owner personally. They are very co operative. Beach is just one mint walking distance and other attractive points are also on walkin. Villa was very neat and clean well maintained. I can easily refer the property

Think twice before booking this so called villa

Doesn't look like shown. Insecure, some locals entered our room due to garbage. not polite after booking, asked to pay 500 for two spoon misplaced. No privacy as care taker seats infront of gate. Only bath tab, no swimming pool.

we are so disappointed with this villa. they never compromise with you they doesn't even care about your enjoyment. so backward and rude behavior of Willa's owner. 0 rating for this villa. we never recommend anyone to stay here🤬
