familyTerrible stay when you say about cleanliness, hygiene and facilities. Room wasn't cleaned and it was stinking. There was no heater event ho-ugh the temperature was minus degrees. We didn't stay at the place and moved out immediately. My money went for loss. I would never recommend this place.

Overall, i had a great experience with the himalayan river resort, staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend

Very limited items in food menu for breakfast (either paratha or egg) and dinner (chapati, dal and two other vegetables only. Bathrooms were unhygienic and water logged. Hot water supply was not consistent. Phone and tv were not in working condition. Gym, spa, salon, pool, shaving kit, toothbrush/paste were not available. Not worth at rs11, 000 per night charges.

Nice location with parking. Hygiene should be improved. Good manners from the staff. Centralised room heaters not available. They offer 300 extra for portable room heaters.

Stayed in this hotel the location is amazing far away from city hustle-bustle Manali market is far away but awesome, location best view and amazing place for nature lovers and not to forget the staff is very helpful and corporative in all aspects speechless service, it is mentioned a 3 star hotel but service makes it 5 star, food is amazing value for money.

It's a horrible experience

groupWe visit here on Oct with a family group. Reach the hotel at 9 pm, they welcome me with water. No room heater no tea coffee maker. Only one things is good that is the view. Far way from town. We have map plan but insufficient on food no variety and even the taste is so bad that our full team was hungry on that night. No single facility will provide for us. But thanks to MMT they help me and change the property.

There are few points which should be notified to our future guests and to MMT team. (1) As per your feedback you were welcome with water,we don’t find it bad anywhere in all world people serve water first and right at that time you have been asked that what would you like to have in your welcome drinks and coffee has been served to you. (2) We apologize for the problem you faced for tea Coffee makers We requested for one day that we had a power problem and burnt all tea coffee makers and you were agreed. (3)Dinner and breakfast has been served to you in time and with enough quantity. (4) Make my trip team called us that you don’t want to stay if you will not charge any cancellation charges then we will allow guest to cancel. We told MMT to talk to you one more time and then call but you denied and canceled. You canceled the reservation but hold the rooms till evening hotel has not charged any room nor your cancellation. Good Stay

The property is a little far away from the main town, it is around a 15 mins drive. But the area is beautiful! It is surrounded by rose plants, apple trees, and greenery. We checked in early and we were not charged extra. The hotel staff were very humble and helpful. The room balcony view is beautiful. Room and washroom were clean. There was no fan or AC in the room, but they provided us with a stand fan which was enough for the weather. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Spacious rooms with nice view from balcony, staff is courteous and well mannered. Overall it is a nice hotel for a family. Location is bit far from manual mall Road, you love it if you need peaceful environment.
