Typical homestay type place maintained by caretakers. Rough around the edges in some areas but overall good as it’s still a new flat. But i found lot of dirt in corners, in the loo, sheets/ towels had the weird smell, fans were not running fast enuf, bathrooms had lot of sediments in the corners. Commode, and stains. Overall it has a very recent post construction kind of feel. No major complaints but it’s def not a 5 star. Maybe a 3 star hotel quality. Very functional. Caretakers nautiyal bros are good and very helpful.
