room ac is not working Good and when iam check in before 1 hour management demanding extra amount and iam waited for a hour after that room is allowed

Very well maintained property and excellent stay we had here. Food in the restaurant is great. Location is central to Vijayawada town and pric d very reasonable. Strongly recommend.

Room service is not available. Restaurant not functioning in the morning. For two guests, the hotel provides only one half litre water per day. No car parking at hotel and i had to park on the road only. Room was very small and two feet around the bed. Not happy.

When I entered the room there was a smell of cigarette and there was no dental kit provided no towel provided

we stayed 2 days . No one is there to shift luggage. you have to carry your self.even though I have not deposited room key, cleaning done with a duplicate key with out informing me. room is ok

Nice hotel with best price. Staff behaviour was good. We can book through, makemytrip. They will accept. They won't ask extra money and payment also accepted here. No other choice with this price.

The stay was pleasant. Location is handy and close to vijayawada railway station. They have a restaurant. The staffs were courteous.

The property, hotel pratibha grand is located at a prime location (just 5 mins from the railway station) and is very convenient if you want a short stay during transit. The property is superb, the restaurant is amazing, the ambience, delightful. The rooms are very clean proper safety facilites are available. Although the rooms were a bit small, they are more than enough for a comfortable stay. I would say this hotel is absolutely convenient (considering its location) and amazing, totally recommended!

The hotel is ok with room facilities, but the restaurant service is not available from 3 pm to 6. 30 pm. Even tea/coffee is not served. If asked the manager gives blunt answer as that is our timings and we cannot help. If not satisfied then we can leave the lodge. When we have pure booked with full payment made how can we check out? also in restaurant you will not get any south indian snacks or meals. All are north indian dishes, that too you should order as per choice. If you are south indian and depend on south indian meals or snacks like idly etc. Then better not to choose this hotel. I even talked to makemytrip people and yoyo. But no good response.
