Customer friendly, and safe environment. Good hospitality and couple friendly rooms at best price.

Parking facilitt was included in the facilities provided at the place. But, when i reached the venue, same was not there. While asking the matter to the incharge of the lodge, he asked me to part under the highway brig e passing about 100 meters aways from the venue. The in charge talk was rude. The ranking and opinions posted were relied and booked in the lodge and felt cheated. Room was not neat and cleaned. Felt smell of cigerette in the room. Not an advisable location.

If any offers is there, then good to opt. The hotel team mentioned me that the actual amount is different, and other places they will ask the actual price of the room, they won’t allow to stay with offered price amount for the room. But here it was ok for the offered price. Totally it’s good for a single night stay.

I had checked out on 10th at 10 am. One day before my booked date in 11th match. Can i please request for a refund. I had a good stay but the stay could have been improved if the room had a mosquito liquid, a common aquaguard. Can you please let me know about the refund of the amount for the days i have not stayed?

Even after payment they are asking for extra money and did not give room and kept us waiting for an hour

They don't have food facilities in this hotel not even chi facilities are there it was worst experience for me. I'm regretted for my mistake why should i booked this hotel worst hotel i have ever seen in my life i want my money back they don't even arrange tea for me.

Good place for the price. Decent place, room and toilet, economic as well.

Sky wind has taken extra amount of Rs.300.00 stating they cannot provide a/c rooms below Rs.800/-. to check the rates with hotels before updating in the website. I was out of option, has to pay the amount they asked as this was informed at the time of check in. Also no receipt was given for this amount. should confirm if this is with your knowledge the hotel is taking extra payment from customers than the booking amount.

I would have given a 5 star rating but i had some issues in checking in as the hotel manager had slept making me wait in the premises for about 2 hours. He was not picking up the phone other than that the stay was satisfying and pleasing
