Super Hotel O Magadh Crystal

It wasn't a good experience per say, water was leaking from the bathroom into the room. Wifi had no internet access in my room. There was no kettle and all as promised in booking.

Hotel Mudrika delux- room is too small and dirty, bathroom is terrible dirty and smelly hotel stuff behavior is very rudely overall terrible experience

Hotel denied to accept this booking not able to checked in, i have raised issue for refund

Friendly staff, terrible hotel policy. They did not provided a/c remote stating guests are uneducated and they do not know how to use remote. I had to literally show my educational testimonials and had to explain them that i'm a journalist and work as an asst. News editor in zee news, noida. Never had this kind of experience in my life! its embarrassing!

The hotel facility is very good! The behaviour of the staff there was very good. And everything was to the liking.

lift not working, have to go to 5th floor by foot, it's terrible, I was told it's a combo of 2 rooms but the rooms given were separate.

The room was good and clean. Washroom is outside the room. The food was too expensive without any taste. Wonderful hotel staff.

I don't know why this hotel is highly rated on makemytrip. Pros - staff behaviour cons - 1. Very small room 2. Very small toilet, bathroom, washbasin, all so congested that i could not take bath properly 3. Just one socket, either charge mobile or put all out refill 4. In my 19 years of travel, this is the first hotel which charges for soap 5. No mat outside the bathroom 6. Tv runs on wifi. Netflix, amazon, jio, just for show off. They are not subscribed.

Property location was easily accessible and accomodation was also good. Attached washroom, tv was available. Rooms were a bit small.
