Horrible, disgusting, yuck, filthy. I just don't have words to explain how worst the experience was. It was so so so worst that we booked the hotel for a night but we left it within 2 hrs because we could not stay there. No housekeeping staff. No towels. Highly unhygienic. Even the pot of the toilet seat had all sorts of filth in it. Foul smell. No ac. Not even a dustbin was there. Highly rude staff. Noise all over. We had booked 2 rooms and both were equally disgusting. The lash inside the room was broken. The handle, the side table was broken. Fungus all over the bed. The almirah. Everywhere. No hot water. No charging point was working. Each and everything was smelling like hell whether it was the blanket or the bedsheet or the entire room. Lift was not working.

Over all a good place to stay in lucknow

Its my second visit in 1 month. This hotel is good for couples and family. Staff is nice. Specially the guy named 'ankit. Food is good. Location is good. You may face little issues like hot water supply issues or some ill working taps. But overall it is a nice place to stay.

Rooms are too small whenever in pictures it was looking much bigger. Telephone not working for orders or complain. After again and again reminder repair not done. Overall it's a bad experience.

soloAverage. Everything was ok and customer service could be done a lot better. There is no point in refusing every time occupant is asking for something, even clean pair of glasses. Phone service was not working at night. Try saying yes sometimes.
