SPOT ON HOTEL NOR' - EAST

Bht hi bekar hotel tha main stay nhi kia. Room m ac nhi tv nhi bed bht ganda tha or reception pr bhes bhi hua

Unfortunately they gev me a west room. And i stay become helpless at 9. 00pm in guwahati

Very bad. We checked out within 1/2 hr. The condition was very bad. The bedsheet, pillow covers were very dirty. They didn't replace when we complained. Even the ac was not working. Had to shift to another hotel instantly

Rooms were terrible, photos are deceiving people i would not pay even 500 per room per night staff was very casual, clearly avoiding any work. I would not recommend this property to anyone

I have booked a ac room but they provide non ac. Very dirty room, very small room, very bad behaviour of staff. I want my money back, i'm out of station after return will contact you.

As location its very good but it's not for business professional visits. Over all its ok. Staff behaviour is good

Worst experience. The window was broken, flush broken, very dirty room, the pillow cover and bedsheets were used one.
