the guest huse has changed a lot. it was very smelly and the rooms were smelling of cigarette and liquor ( may n d previous guest had that in the room) the guest huse had noisy inmates which made my sty very uncomfortable.. earlier too I stayed in d smae guest huse for 5/6 times and it use to b well maintained. but my recent sty was terrible... the guest huse is not well maintained anymore.it has become unhygienic the guest huse has changed a lot.

It was an awesome stay with all the staff good behaving.. Had a hassle free stay other than those who charge high and provide nothing.. will always like to book this stay from next visit to Guwahati. Spacious room and my most favourite is large size bathroom 😅

Staff seemed inattentive and unresponsive to requests.The only saving grace was the location. It was conveniently situated with easy access to nearby attractions and transport options. Amenities were minimal and not well-maintained.Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my stay. There is significant room for improvement in all major areas — especially in customer service, room quality, and dining options.

Very good experience, all bed sheet neat and clean , washroom is neat and clean , Reception staff member very polite behaviour and sporting staff member , so very good experience 😊😊

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this newly opened hotel, and i was thoroughly impressed. The amenities were top-notch, the premises were spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Checkout was seamless, even at 4 am. Overall, a fantastic experience. Sorry i didn't click any

Stayed for three days. Although there was some initial miscommunication, everything was arranged perfectly afterwards. Comfortable room, look of rooms are good, beds are very good, ac working fine, water and sanitation are fine, staff behaviour was satisfactory. Some suggestions for further improvement- 1. A common water purifier for the guests would be nice. 2. Food services, if could be arranged would do wonders as guests could get freshly cooked food. Overall a satisfactory experience.

Reception staff behavior is not good they didn't provide soap shampoo after request

Had a comfortable stay. Cleanliness is good and also staff are nice and polite. At first day of stay geyser was bot working but changed room on the other day.

Comfortable, food getting served is quite satisfactory.
