Shimla holiday inn

Room was clean, but room service was poor even no food facilities was available and no reception telephone was working

Worst experience. Room attender always try to enter room as soon as you open the doon. Even if tell him not to. No food available. Rooms are very dirty. If you ask them clean they will ask 500 rs. Safety they don't even know what is that. They don't even bother to ware mask.

It was worst experince to stay this hotel. Staf is not coprative. Always g ready for money. Do not recommened to stay

Hotel staff was very unprofessional.

Average place to spend your quality time poor hygiene and washrooms were not clean gyser ws not working properly bedsheet also not cleaned. It was smelling as its not been washed from many days.

We stayed there as family in winter. Arrangements and staff was ok ok, somewhere power I would say. Not so welcoming.

Bedsheet are too worst.

We liked his food, his staff was also very good and the facilities we got were very helpful and good.

Very bad experience, small dirty room

The place was very nice with hygienic interiors as well as polite staff.

Bedsheets was dirty. Room attendant was no cooperative. Room phone was disconnected of one room. Drinking water is not available in room during the entire stay.

Need to improve hotel service and additional services like room heater. They should provide room heater specifically in winter.

The person who sits in front of the reception was very nice. All the staff was very good. Also thanks to Kuldeep for the trip. Overall good experience.

Location was good mountain view at night the lighting of Shimla from the mountain give you a different view.

Just add lift facility. Rest all things are very good

Dirty rooms no any proper service

It's not a hotel, it's a kind of guest house. Rooms are good. The deluxe rooms are beautiful with windows but semi deluxe are small room with attached washroom and no windows. There is no life so you have to step up. If you are looking for only rooms and food and drinks are not you concern then you can consider this hotel. They do not even provide towels. The location is 3-4 from Shimla bus stand and tourism lift. It's in Chandigarh Shimla highway. Parking is small and on Road Side. Overall a not very good option to stay. Only deluxe rooms are good if you get it at a low price.

Just ok. Food was bad. Asked for less but served and charged for more. Did not give the food bill.
