It was good, clean safe and peaceful. Mr Norman takes care of us with good sense of hospitality. I liked the place.

The property was not so good as I expected. The kind of service and facilities they provided were not up to the mark. The rooms were not spacious. No caretaker was available there for a Long time over the property. It was not valued for money stay.

Very homely, safe and excellent homestay in Panjim. I stayed here for a week and was made to feel completely at home by the owner. The facilities are top-notch and very well maintained. Located very close to Kala Academy, major tourist hotspots like Miramar beach, Dona Paula, Calangute, Anjuna, Baga, Vagator, Candolim are very easily accessible from here. The rooms have access to the kitchen and it's very convenient to have your own food cooked during your homestay. Special mention to the host Mr. Norman for making me feel completely at home during my week long stay and offering valuable last minute assistance during my departure. Would highly recommend for solo travelers and families looking for a safe, homely and accessible accommodation in Panjim.

Not flashy about this place. Room in an apartment. No tv. Peaceful place. Good place to stay and eating options

Well located residential area and would be an absolute delight for group stay, perhaps, family as well.
