The property was not so good as I expected. The kind of service and facilities they provided were not up to the mark. The rooms were not spacious. No caretaker was available there for a Long time over the property. It was not valued for money stay.

It was our family trip and we enjoyed ourselves a lot. The location was great as it was very easily accessible from the nearby attractions. The property has a great Lake view. The rooms were clean and spacious. The caretaker was very polite and cooperative. The food was delicious. I would definitely be recommended this property to others.

Excellent homestay in Panjim with great facilities and accessibility

Very homely, safe and excellent homestay in Panjim. I stayed here for a week and was made to feel completely at home by the owner. The facilities are top-notch and very well maintained. Located very close to Kala Academy, major tourist hotspots like Miramar beach, Dona Paula, Calangute, Anjuna, Baga, Vagator, Candolim are very easily accessible from here. The rooms have access to the kitchen and it's very convenient to have your own food cooked during your homestay. Special mention to the host Mr. Norman for making me feel completely at home during my week long stay and offering valuable last minute assistance during my departure. Would highly recommend for solo travelers and families looking for a safe, homely and accessible accommodation in Panjim.
