Our stay at SERENITY RESORT BY DLS in Manali was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a peaceful area with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and apple orchards. The room was well-maintained, clean, and equipped with all basic amenities. The staff was friendly, polite, and always ready to assist with any requests. We especially enjoyed the morning buffet breakfast, which had a good mix of North Indian and continental options. The property also has a beautiful garden area where guests can relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air. It's about a 10-minute drive to Mall Road, making it a quiet yet accessible place to stay. The hotel also helped us plan local sightseeing tours to Solang Valley and Rohtang Pass. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, perfect for those looking to relax and enjoy Manali’s natural beauty. Would definitely visit again!

i recently stayed at dls hotels serenity resort resort and had a truly memorable experience. the hotel is nestled amidst pine forests and offers stunning views of the snow-capped mountains. . the room was spacious, clean, and well-heated, with a private balcony that overlooked the valley. the staff were courteous and prompt in their service, always ready to help with a smile. the in-house restaurant served a good variety of indian and continental dishes, and the food was delicious. . the location is ideal—just a short drive from mall road yet far enough to enjoy peace and tranquility. the hotel also arranged local sightseeing and adventure activities like paragliding and river rafting. . i especially loved the bonfire night and the cozy ambiance in the evenings. . overall, it was a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and natural beauty. highly recommended for couples and families visiting manali.

I had booked 2 rooms for 4 days, and I can confidently say it was a complete waste. Though the property is located about 5 km from Manali and has a nice view, the services were nowhere near 4-star standards (as falsely shown on Google). Basic amenities like towels, hand towels, dental kits, and water bottles were never replenished unless we called and asked every time. No refrigerator was provided in the rooms, which is unacceptable at this price point. The breakfast was below average—tasteless, stale bread, no salt, and poorly prepared overall. The restaurant had no proper ventilation or fans, making it extremely uncomfortable. Worse, the restaurant area was dirty and chaotic, and there was no regular cleaning during peak hours, which raises serious hygiene concerns. When we complained, they gave lame excuses like housekeeping staff being unwell or on leave. But as paying guests, that’s not our concern. If you’re charging premium rates, you should provide reliable service — not excuses. They even tried to cover up by offering a complimentary dinner for one night, but that doesn’t fix the overall mess. To make things worse, after I left a 1-star review on the app, I was pressured to change it to 5 stars. This makes it clear that most high ratings. In short, this is not a real 4-star hotel. Just an overpriced property with poor service, no professionalism, and zero value for money. Not recommended at all. Please avoid and choose a place where your money and comfort are respected.

It was really nice, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The stay was clean and they gave me free upgrades whenever they had availability.

worst experience...OYOhotels are better dan dis...inspite taking charge for heater they shut it after 11pm...if u r HINDU staff behaviour is worst especially their managersl...dont suggest this hotels for HINDUS...will not provide a single facilities inspite of charging dam...

Room is not good as compare price. Food taste very bad. food option is not available. staff is not cooperative. service is very slow. no security guard on the gate. no parking advisor on the parking.

Terrible stay and stinking rooms, dirty washroom and very bad ambience. We want a full refund as it was very bad experiance. Also we are cancel-ling the other date booking of this hotel

It was a wonderful stay, tidy rooms and staffs were very supportive and remarkable. View from the Hotel Balcony was the cherry on top. The food served at the restaurant thrice a day also delicious and healthy !!

Very nice luxury rooms with affordable price and premium service also born fire with sound system included. Polite staff and quick service i admire the most. Good cuisine quality dinner and breakfast. Neat and clean washroom with essential items.

Stayed here this week. It was a very nice experience. Got to stay in 2 rooms, one of them was just good other being really great with good view and private balcony. Location is subjectively very good. But the experience with staff and their hospitality was top notch. It was actually very warm, every one was ever smiling. Took care of requests we made. Have been travel-ling for 8 years but this was the best staff i encountered. Felt like a home while leaving.

Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the hotel for 2 days. It was awesome stay for us. Really nice breakfast spread. Overall it was great.
