Terrible Stay

Worst experience ever. It was our WORST experience. Please DO NOT book this villa. The rules were NOT at all clearly mentioned. The owner was threatening us and the caretaker was dumb AF. The maids were not hospitable AT all.

Below is our compliant we made to MMT which is self explanatory. ⸻ To: Customer Support, MakeMyTrip Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Guest Misconduct and Property Damage at Our Guest House ⸻ Dear MakeMyTrip Team, I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the recent guests who stayed at our villa The guests have severely violated the house rules and caused significant damage to the property. Despite being clearly informed that food, alcoholic drinks, and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the bedrooms, the guests consumed alcohol in the rooms, smoked in all areas of the villa, and caused extensive damage. They vomited on four beds, bed sheets, and towels, rendering them completely unusable. Used towels were carelessly folded and kept aside after being soiled. Cigarette ash and odor were found in every room. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and shows total disregard for the property.

The stay was really good and peaceful.the place was clean and bathrooms were tiedy.The helpers and coock were really helpful.The food was amazing.we had costal preparations.Swimming pool within the property was amazing.though small it's apt for the area and was very well maintained

Good place for a couple of days

Location is like 1 to 2km from Auroville, property is good, and food is good, caretaker is friendly and helping minded (uday), definitely not money minded. I would visit again and also recommend to my friends, suggestions would be, mattress and pillow could be harder, and ground floor living room ac can be made to work.

Thanks for your reviews and the suggestions. We will change the pillows soon. There is low voltage problem in the area and hence problems. We are discussing with the electrical experts to install stabiliser. We will rectify these issues please.

Rooms are very cleanly maintained and in a good enough sizes, inf-act the whole villa is just too pretty. Host is really polite and will help you with everything he can. Breakfast was included in our stay and we had one of the best lip smacking south indian breakfast there with tea/coffee, we got everything we wanted to eat just by asking.
