Sky Line Lodge

We had a disappointing experience at the lodge. Upon arrival, the staff was unresponsive and demanded extra payment for the room. They offered to provide AC for the entire night for an additional 500 per room. At checkout, they requested that we pay the full amount again, despite having already paid via MakeMyTrip app. The staff's behavior was also unsatisfactory.

Well maintained room, staff behaviour is good n helpful, stay is good for couples, lacation is good for nearby shops and traveling to outdoor locations, just be carefully about rules and regulations

Overall it is all good.... but the hotel is hidden policy is between 10.30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. come into the hotel.....

Didn't provide accomodation last customer care supported me with accomodation in separate hotel without additional expense. Thanks to make my trip customer care for their extreme level support.

rooms are clean..location is good and it is very near to bidhan market area.bed sheets are clean.caretaker of the property is helpful.arranged for a toto ricksha at the time of early check out.

Room was neat and clean, behaviour of the staff was very nice, very good hotel as per the price, location was also good.

Hospitality was excellent and the food was also delicious need just to improve hygiene in washing over all happy with the stay 😊

Hotal is clean & location is also good

Room and toilet is not clean. Hotel management behavior is not good. They are provide single bed room instead of double bed room.

Room was good for a solo traveller, a very low price for the hotel. They denied giving tea and breakfast as they are short staffed..book in this hotel if it’s absolutely urgent..good food shops are nearby so food wont be a problem…

Staff behaviour very poor.

We checked in at around 6 p. M and when enquired why we were not given rooms in the same floor even though we booked two rooms, they had the audacity to say we should be grateful for atleast getting at accomodation because we checked in late ( 6 pm instead of 1 pm) and that he was going to cancel our booking.
