The hotel is very good but there is no lift and the room is small. It is close to the railway station and the shopping market is also nearby. If you are with ladies, you have to think once for this hotel because the hotel is inside the street, but if you are just gents, you can come here without thinking.

Hotel property closed, not inform by makemytrip.

Hotel room reservation confirmed by makemytrip for 4 days. Payment rs. 2763. 00 was paid by us thro card. At the time of reached the hotel, it closed and i shocked. I have contacted the hotel property authority, who said that the property was not yet open after lockdown. It not inform us by makemytrip. With out stay make mytrip send invoice to us. How ? the property authority refunded rs. 2172 only. Balance rs 591. 00 should be pay by makemytrip to us. Please refund immediately. I am very apset.

They don't have service of important tv channels such as star sports Bathroom doesn't have any soup stand Inside of bathroom they should keep a dustbin as well

Very bad manager there. I have booked through MakeMyTrip and saved some money but they didn't like this. So they charged me for night extra by saying that I have to stay on 3rd floor.

1 day stay at hotel Ral Mahal Inn, Connaught place, new Delhi

The room was spacious enough, with all the needed facilities. The air condition however was very efficient and it took a hell lot of time to cool the room. The hotel is very near to new Delhi railway Station (NDLS) and that's a major advantage. I did not try the hotel food as I was too afraid to try it out. Instead went ahead with Zomato, and ordered combos from hindi a kitchen in Karol Bagh. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
