Anish the manager was very prompt, decent and professional. The assistant who reported to Anish was also very cordial. The driver (drivers name is Anish too) who was referred to by Anish, the hotel manager was also very decent. The room, the cleanliness and facilities were very good

An average experience at the new form hot

My experience with the new form hotel was overall not bad, but i would like to point out a few incidents #1 when we asked for towels they failed to provide us the same. #2 unlike most hotels this hotel had not provided dental kits. Eg-brush, toothpaste etc. #3 the toilets also had stains on the sides. Even after all of these incidents the price was still very high. But i would recommend the new form restaurant as it is very near to the hotel, and the food quality and taste was also decent for a reasonable price.

Gogulam Heritage stay

It was very good stay. We reached very late night but, the hotel manager was real support for us to reach there. Staff was very kind enough to help us in our need. Even they organized taxi by our short request. Since it was official trip we could conduct a meeting in the next reception room. Very much adjustable hotel team. Very wonderful stay. groupWhen compared to the location and ambience if the hotel, price looks reasonable. I have stayed here with my friends for three days and it was awesome. Since hotel is located near highway, it was really comfortable travelling to places from hotel.

Worst hotel management, I recommend taking this hotel out of the make my trip list as its behaviour towards guest is rude.

The guest has behaved very badly, because dunked fully, unless we get the payment for the extra mattress superbly, we are unable to provide the same in the room. Moreover you didn't pay for the extra mattress for the second day. That we made for the complimentary for you.

The hotel upkeep is good. The person at the reception was warm and helpful. Unfortunately he had to jump in to fix small housekeeping chores that should have been streamlined by now. The breakfast was a disappointment. Took them for ever to bring it and when it came, it was cold, even though we were among the first one to be served. They took it back, warmed it and brought it back, with a grumpy face.
