There was no hot water, floor was as muddy and dirty as, ac was there but no remote to work on. Only size was good rest there was nothing good about this room. No basic things like toiletries soap, towel were provided

We didn't expect much from this hotel because of the price, we just went there and what i found was the room was very clean and spacious. We had a great stay there and it was hygienic one. Thank you for making us feel like home.

Pathetic experience 🤯 no hot water. Bed mattress was as hard as rock. The owner least bothered about the guest . No proper parking. No extra pillow no wardrobe no view from the balcony. The only good thing is the clean room and bathroom (but the lack of hot water makes it worse).. 😞 request to please pay attention on quality of stay.

The room price was way too much compared to the facilities: the-rd was no hot water. No place to keep your luggage after checkout. No lobby to sit after checkout. It’s like a home

Very poor maintenance, the room is smelling very bad and there are a lot of cockroaches. They are having pets which are infront of the rooms, hot water is linked to another room which i have to call boy to release hot water.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
