Total Waste of Money – Don’t Fall for the “Super Luxury” Tag ⭐☆☆☆☆ I booked their so-called Super Luxury Room in this 3-star hotel, and trust me, there is nothing “luxury” about it. There was very less number of guest in the hotels It was 7 pm and i was feeling like its 3 midnight.. Complete dark Only we can see is hotel staff Food was another nightmare – absolutely tasteless, with zero effort in preparation. Even basic dishes were bland and disappointing. The park inside the property? Completely useless. It looks like it was built just to show on brochures, because it serves no purpose at all. I gave 3 days advance booking from MMT Hotel completely denied to give even one day refund Still, i will check out from hotel wasting my ₹ 7700 completely because staying here one more day will waste my whole trip And the “beach” near the hotel? Don’t get fooled – it’s totally vacant, with no life, no atmosphere, nothing worth spending time on. This place is nowhere near the standard of what they charge. Calling it super luxury is a straight-up . I regret booking here and would strongly advise others to avoid wasting their money.

My Time in this stay was terrible and very bad as the staff was very bad and at late evening, I requested few things and some staff were saying something. Some were saying something and it was very confusing. Also not at all helpful for even a Tissue paper or maybe a glasses or maybe anything we only need to run and get it from the reception or the restaurant and it was a terrible and very bad experience. I wish I would have not visited this place and in future also, I will never ever going to stay there for sure. Behaviour of all the staff was very awful and rude.

Property is at excellent location just next to colva beach with direct access. Food was also amazing staff behaviour is awesome specially Schubert front desk manager and Elvis.

Was a good experience. Service was good thanks to Schubert and Elvis. Food and ambience is nice . A perfect place to spend holiday with your loved one. The view from room. Is mesmerising.

Stay was good..little delay in house keeping after several followups they came for service.. restaurant service was average including regular breakfast nothing special.. overall good

The property was located on the beach but it was very smelly all around,and we couldn't even open the door due to that heavy smell. Staff was very rude, food was not good, breakfast time was till 10:30 AM, they used to clear out the items before time. If you park the vehicle inside the resort premise, then also they are not responsible for any of the loss/ damage and have marked clear indications as well there,so what's the use of gates and security if they can't take the responsibility in case of any issues?

The room was good but the beach was not so private , they were all fisherman boats and local fisherman, and it was stinking a lot

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The service was excellent, breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the staff were very polite and attentive. The property itself is well maintained, with a clean pool and comfortable facilities that made our experience even better. A special thanks to Schubert Gasper Sebi for warm hospitality and efforts in making our stay truly enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing and pleasant experience!

good place with good food, found this place randomly while searching on app. Breakfast and food is good with decent amenities.

Worst experience, The resort is located at a very remote place, there are no female staff available, and they have only 3-4 male staff members. Rooms are average but all other things are below average and the resort is 3 star but it's not even worth 1 star and they charge us like 4 star resort. Also one of the staff member was looking in a wrong way at me. Had a worst experience.

Resort is good - I found and booked by looking at beach locations in maps and MakeMyTrip. Staff does respond well but can be more courteous and smile. Breakfast is good - can improve on south indian dishes. again staff can smile and talk. The beach is accessible but used by fishermen - so there are a lot of dogs, left over fish and this is not usable by family and kids to play on the beach.

Amazing stay and the view from room was outstanding.. all the staff members were very helpful especially Schubert,Seby and Sachin.. Food was top notch.. overall it was worth the money

Stay is very good rooms are also good.no live counter for veg and no green tea avalable rest is very good.
