Overall very good stay, rooms were spacious and clean, Housekeeping was good, adventure sports at the resort is good. It's next to beach and backeaters so excellent location as well. Food options are very limited and as nearby no other options are Available, they should look at upgrading the same,especially buffet breakfast

We had a really nice experience. They have a spaceous compound, a nice kids park, spaceous & tidy rooms, two pools, ample parking space. Food quality was excellent. Complimentary activities are provided alongwith stay. Staff were very cordial, ready to help. Beach is just across the road. Overall, we are really happy.

I had selected the backwater view room but the view was not as shown in the pic. Also the rooms were not clean enough and the trash bin in the bathroom was not working. And there was no water for more than an hour which was very inconvenient. Also there was no welcome drink. The breakfast buffyhad very limiyitems. Overall i found it not worth the money. Enough?

We had a mixed experience at this stunningly located resort, situated right by the beach and backwaters. The rooms were neat and comfortable, and the food was delicious. We stayed in one of the backwater villas, which was enjoyable until 7 pm. However, the sudden switch-off of nearby lights made it uncomfortable for us, especially with kids in tow. Unfortunately, the security personnel were uncooperative, and another staff member claimed ignorance about the location of the switches. This forced us to walk in darkness with our kids to reach our room, which was far from the dining area. After repeated requests, the security finally turned the lights back on, only to switch them off again shortly after we left. Furthermore, the resort was infested with stray dogs, which was a concern. Despite the lovely ambiance, these issues left us confused. We hope the management will address these problems to enhance the overall experience for future guests.

Worthless. No activities available except for kids. Paid 6k plus food extra for just one night. Bad smell nearby and no attention at all from the staffs.

Hotel environment was nice with plants all over and kept clean. Had nice boating experience in back waters. Food was typical kerela food and good. We need to order in advance. Support staffs were friendly. At night, we need to be little careful if we need to go outside of hotel to the beach as the location is quite interior. Overall it was great.

groupThe property is pretty good and has sea in one side and back water on the other, the rooms are clean and i stayed in a room facing the backwaters, the property also has an adventure sports avenue which would be good for kids, swimming pool was good and neatly maintained. The stay was very good

The overall stay was very good. But if i was booking directly with hotel, the room rent will be rs. 5500+ gst + rs. 1000 for additional bed. Total charge would be rs. 6500+ gst but yiu hsd charged more than rs 8000. Very unfair i would say pols check the amount i paid. Please refund the excess amount

Can't call it a resort.

Firstly i would like to thank front desk staff rashmi and restaurant manager bass for being extremely helpful during our stay. It's a nice looking breach-front property. We had booked a beach villa but the room we were given didn't have a beach view, it had garden view with the beach across the road outside the property. The room we were given was actually one out of the 2-room set meant for families wanting to take 2 rooms together with an interconnecting door between the rooms and balconies. When we raised the issue, someone from the management came and meant to tell us it's not a big deal with a bolted door in your room connecting to another room, he also meant to tell us that we have booked and we are getting such a good room at a very reasonable price ( per night with breakfast. I'm thankful they didn't have an interconnecting door in the washroom as well because clearly they don't care about your privacy. They showed us two different rooms, one beach villa on 1st floor and another heritage room (cheaper cost but way smaller) on ground floor, but we had our baby with us so we had to continue in the room we were provided. The lunch was good, was served in the room. The pool wasn't so clean, with insects and leaves and flowers floating in the water. They did ask someone to clean it up before our use but he removed only the grossly visible leaves and flowers. We thought to have dinner outside so we took an uber for a restaurant outside about 6 kms from the property. But after finishing at around 10 pm, there were no cabs or autos available. Locals told us it's hard to get cabs and autos post 9 pm in that area and also there was a festival that day at a nearby temple so it was even harder to get any transport. We were stuck outside with our 5 months old baby girl so i called up the property and requested to arrange a cab or an auto, but was off-duty by that time and the person who picked up the call (mr as i was told later) blankly refused for any help and told us to arrange for it ourselves adding that it's not their concern as we travel-led outside ourselves so we should take care of it on our own. Some locals helped us and arranged an auto for us, that too free of charge (though we did pay him for such great help. Next day i raised the matter to the gm of the property and he profusely apologised for the incident and even offered us late check out as our flight back home was later in the evening. Hotel wifi was not working. They said they are having some network issue. Washroom was good. All toiletries were provided. No room slippers. Breakfast could have been better with more variety. They have a buffet for breakfast only. Other meals have to ordered on ala carte basis. Food quality was good, and restaurant manager bass was helpful and understanding. Front desk staff rashmi was kind and helpful with whatever was within her scope. But apart from the room, the pool and beach access, there isn't much to do. Can't call it a resort. Adventure park is under construction. Not worth staying more than one night.
