Wonderful Stay. Very good cooperation from the staff. Location is best and restaurant food was delicious and great.

Hotel Sea Coast in Digha offers a great beachside location and spacious rooms at budget rates, but service quality and cleanliness are inconsistent. Food is good but slightly overpriced. Ideal for short beach front stays if you keep expectations modest for staff and amenities.

Curtain was not fitted properly, Night lamp was not working. good was very good and location is from the sea beach, rest of amenities and service was excellent staff behavior was very good.

Toilet was damp and stinking Old room not maintained properly

Room conditions were not good. Support services were also not up to mark.. Overall experience was not good

The false ceiling of the room was broken, there was a rat in the room which roamed everywhere making noises specially at night. We complained at the hotel regarding the rat but they ignored the matter without providing any attention to it. . The rooms need urgent renovations. Ceilings are broken. The rooms have rats running all over the room but the staffs simply ignore the matter even after complaining

I booked the hotel. The room ceiling, bathroom ceiling was broken.Electric wires hanging all round. There was also a rat in the room which roamed about the entire room making noises at night. we complained at the hotel about the rat but they simply ignored the matter and did not pay any attention to this matter.

So, the hotel is located near the beach which is good but the room service and hotel staff behaviour was rude, unprofessional and pathetic. Check in time in the hotel was 11am, we reached at 11.45am but still they didn’t clean the room, we waited 20min in Lounge when I ask them why this happened they rudely said cancel the booking nd leave the hotel. Second thing, I ordered lunch from the hotel @12.30pm, but they delivered at 2.45pm..I called them approx 7times but eveytime their response was give us 10min..so plz dont order your food from the hotel..outside food is far better and pocket friendly..2nd time I never ever stay in this hotel..very very bad experience

I booked 4 bed single room 8th check in and 9th jun e check out but hotel refused to provide room. It was terrible experience with makemytrip

Nice stay. If you are looking of your stay within budget, then this is recommended. Staffs are also cooperative.

Fine but after taking breakfast some problems arises in stomach. Some renovations should be done in showcase.

It was a o. K experience, there were lots of stuff which the hotel should repair. I booked 3 rooms each and every room there were issues with cleaning, basin tap, hand shower, curtains, calling bell, landline wire, bad smells, etc etc etc

Location is good, we booked one double bed and a four beded rooms. Double bed room was good, but four beded room need to renovate. Food was excellent. Staffs behaviour was very good. Four years ago i stayed here that time the hotels was more better.

The location is near the old digha beach, and you could catch glimpses of the sea from our 2nd floor room. The food we had in the hotel were good. However the reception staff was rude to us from the beginning, they had a miscommunication and didnt receive our booking, even though we booked a month in advance. They served us one meal after 2 hours, the boy at the kitchen phone did not place the order. We asked for an extra mattress/cot but did not get one. The room and toilet was clean, but fixtures broken, etc. Minimum amenities: 1 towel, 1 soap. High priced, considering we paid 2250 with tax.

Near to sea beach, food average, price of food is high as per quality, cleanness average, bathroom spacious and ambiance is good.
