Not suitable for solo traveller bcoz caretaker was not active in work no soap no towel no oiled shampoo sanitary items were not there before checkin no ro water only dispenser without filter was there in the lobby

Television was not working, bathroom exhaust not working, drinking water was also not provided. No toiletries. It was very bad experience. No waiter for carry luggage to room just they provide key at reception and find your room yourself.

The check-in process was smooth, and the reception staff were friendly and accommodating. They promptly provided me with all the necessary information about the hotel facilities and amenities. The room i stayed in was comfortable and adequately furnished. It had all the essential amenities one would expect, including a cozy bed, a clean bathroom, and a television. Although it may not have been the most luxurious accommodation, it provided a satisfactory level of comfort for my stay. One aspect that stood out during my visit was the hotel staff. From the housekeeping team to the front desk staff, they consistently displayed a helpful and supportive attitude. Whenever i had a request or needed assistance, they were quick to respond and ensure that my needs were met. Their attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay more pleasant and enjoyable. However, one area where the hotel fell short was the quality of the food. While the meals were edible, they were quite average in taste and presentation. The breakfast buffet lacked variety, and the overall dining experience did not leave a lasting impression. It would be beneficial for the hotel to invest in improving the culinary offerings to enhance the overall guest experience. In terms of amenities, the hotel offered a few facilities to keep guests entertained. There was a fitness center with basic exercise equipment, which was convenient for those wanting to stay active during their stay. Additionally, the hotel had a small swimming pool, although i didn't have the opportunity to utilize it. The hotel's location was decent, situated in a convenient area with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. However, the immediate surroundings lacked much charm or picturesque views, which could be a downside for some guests seeking a more scenic environment. Overall, the hotel provided a decent stay with its comfortable rooms and helpful staff. While improvements could be made to elevate the culinary offerings and enhance the ambiance of the immediate surroundings, the positive attitude of the staff left a lasting impression. If you're looking for a reliable and accommodating hotel for a short stay, this establishment could be a suitable option.

I didn’t check in due to some location and food issues and requested for refund but didn’t get any so yeah this is a terrible experience. I request to mm t to coordinate with fabhotel and initiate my refund.

Inside food is not so great. Better order from outside. Room service is also slow. But overall ok

Unhygienic, unprofessional behaviour, booked type of room not provided and questioning asked to cancel the booking and leave. I paid for breakfast but they only provided parathas, even though i paid for 7 guests they were providing only for 3 guests, after a healthy argument they provided 2 parathas each for 5 guests.
