Very good condition of room. Staff behaviour is very good. Location is good 4 minutes walking distance from New Digha sea beach. I am happy. Next time I will stay this hotel.

My experience in the hotel room was very disappointing, room wall is damaged and Ac even not working properly and even bed sheet is horrible. There is no Handle in cupboard and there is no proper locker in room even no proper wifi connection. In short my experience was worst in this hotel and swimming pool was worst and smelling.

Dear Team, The room is comfortable, the facilities are excellent, and it's a great bonus to have access to a swimming pool.

Hotel has a boutique style design and very classy very well spacious rooms. The pool is also great 👍 and the restaurent is also looks niche but didn't had anything there since we enjoyed the food outside near the beach side and restaurent near the beach area... But few things like the jammed door locks for some rooms and no lift facility would be a very concerning for some ones.... So that it and the hotel is just 5 -6 minutes of walk from digha beach but don't expect any great beach views from this hotel windows since other hotels nearby blocks the view ...

Room quality is poor as well as washrooms. The overall experience is not good.

Receptionist and most of the staff misbehave with all residents, always trying to extract money from travellers, Swimming pool locked used for only a few hours.No exhaust available at bathroom, smells all around including the room.

All services are good but PAD items are provided over price as per MRP. Otherwise the location is very good .

Elevator facility is not available, staffs are always ask for the tips & room condition poor.

Horrible experience... please don't go this hotel, very bad hotel pool is very bad if you simpton of allergy don't get down to pool. if you waste your money then choice is yours.

Employees are very good. Very clean room service is very good.The swimming pool water is very clear. food here is very good cooking.

Location of the hotel is truley amazing. The hotels rooms are less spacious, might be because of extra balcony which is meaningless as the views are completely blocked by the constructions. Facilities are good and rooms are clean. Welcome drink was available. Foods are very costly. Outsides foods are not allowed. Checking of outside foods by the hotel attendes, each and every time, are quite disgusting. Overall 4/5 because of the location and cleanliness, but fooding and checking of guests to restrict the outside foods are very irritating.

the hotel itself, the rooms, pool, etc is good but the staff are highly unprofessional yet pretends to be one, they don't have the minimum courtesy for the guests who are staying there, for example we got our rooms half an hour later than the check in time but when it was about checkout we were asked to pay for the whole day, if we stayed 15 mins past our checkout time, this is just one small example, the room service is terrible, you will literally have to beg them to clean your room which is what they are suppose to do once a day, but when it comes about buying things from them, they won't hesitate walking starting inside your room without asking for permission, they will keep ringing the doorbell like a maniac until you open the door, for an example, the guy from their restaurant came 3 times within 2 hours asking the same question in a single day, although our answer was same everytime, but the fun part is they will come running when you are about to leave, to ask for tip. Not anyone should face this type of service, absolute disgrace, this was the last time for our whole group.

The location of the property is quite good. It is only 3- 4 min walking distance to New Digha bus stand. But What we didn't like was the check in timing service. Though the check in was at 11:00 am, we got the room at 12:00 pm. We got room at 12 pm not by themselves but we have to give them rush and make them understand the urgency of getting the room. In the time of a medical emergency you will not get any support or assistance. Though we got the room at 12:00 pm, we were pushed to check out at 9:30 am (which is their official check out time). Their room services were late and delayed. There is very little chance of getting early check in.

Poor Service – Only Care About Money My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The staff seemed more interested in making money than providing good service. Every interaction felt transactional, with little regard for hospitality or guest comfort. I was met with rude attitudes when asking for basic assistance, and it felt like any request was seen as a burden unless it involved extra charges. A hotel should prioritize guest experience, not just profits. I would not recommend staying here unless management changes their approach. I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the unprofessional and rude behavior of some staff members. From check-in to inquiries during my stay, I encountered dismissive and unfriendly attitudes that made me feel unwelcome. While the hotel itself was clean and well-located, the lack of basic courtesy and customer service left a lot to be desired. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff training.

Nice stay.. behaviour is very good.. I suggest you to stay in this hygienic hotel. It’s not too far from the beach also
