familyThe room was spacious, with all the amenities including kitchenettes, fridge, ac, oven, washing machine, drying area with stand, additional beds with additional blankets. My family enjoyed it a lot. The property was at riveria foothills, the market was just outside the gate, very safe location with safe parking and guarded society. Special thanks to the owner lepakshi verma for guiding throughout our journey.

Riviera residency is good stay location for peaceful atmosphere, good facilities, we enjoyed our stay there, overall it’s nice place to say with family and friends. Suggestion is they should start breakfast.

Worst experience

Very worst experience in riviera residency, we were staying in # 104 studio room, ground floor for 4 days, you will get dirty & smelling water for first one minute, no hot water in the night, very difficult to get refund back, they dont even clean but they take 500- extra as cleaning charges, property owner manoj verma very ruthless as we should pay security deposit before getting the key while checking-in but when we check-out they return it after 3 to 4 hours, they have deducted 500- for keeping a bag for just 1 hour even after telling i have 4 year kid and he is not well even after informing security person before keeping. I never encourage people staying in this apartment/residence.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. Let me reiterate what exactly happened. On the day of checkout you informed us at 9.30am that checkout is completed, but when my staff came at 10am to check the room , it had your luggage and you were missing from the room. After 2 hours you landed back to collect your luggage and started arguing with the host and the security. Because your flight was delayed you wanted to stay longer in the apartment while we clearly informed that our checkout is scheduled and the room is not available as it’s already booked. But you kept sitting inside the room till 2pm and delayed our cleaning process. As per our policy we are very clear late checkout is chargeable provided you request but you wanted to sit in the room, use the pool facilities beyond the time which is considered as trespassing. We had sent our cleaning staff twice and we have the record with us, but you never left the keys with the security to get the room cleaned, who is supposed to be held responsible for this? We are living in our country which believes in ,green energy and in our complex only solar panels are available. We have mentioned that as well on our property listing. Smelling water? Can you elaborate? For 4 nights stay you didn’t even communicated to us even for once , the only time you called when you purposing left the bags in the room so that you can use the apartment after having your breakfast and return at noon time just to trouble the staff and the host. You started shouting at the security and considered that you have as if bought the apartment.

Positives beautiful property and room too. Room was all inclusive with a washing machine/gas/toaster/iron etc. Pool was the cleanest ever. Negatives location is little interior the staff wasn't friendly. In 5 days housekeeping was done only once. Checkin formalities were an issue.

I’m sorry to hear about the mid cleaning concern but as per record we had 2 cleaning scheduled for you but since keys were missed by you keeping in the box the cleaning couldn’t happen that day. We always request our guest to go through the invoice in advance to avoid any delay in the Checkin process.

Thank you for your stay during monsoon period. The room is on ground floor, wherein you can kept the balcony door opened during the evening. Due to which insects are expected to come if it’s opened whole day during monsoon season.

Peaceful stay

It is a residency not a hotel. It is a private studio apartment with all the amenities, room was clean and beautiful. Just had a bit of difficulty in finding the place.
