Review Of Lotus Grand Hotel and Resort

In the hotel there is no restaurant,not even tea or coffee available in the house.Rooms are too small. Lack of cleanliness.

Hassle free check in. Clean rooms and good amenities. Plus the location is right near highway so easy to commute. Very good restaurants around so food is also sorted.

It was nice room, only issue is we need to ask for all amenities. Like heater, soap etc. No food available as it's just hotel.

The rooms were decent but there was 0 facilities for food. They could have at-least keep the facility for breakfast/ tea. If that can be included the ratings would have 4. 5.

I will never recommend this hotel. They don't even have very basic facilities. For unloading our luggage from the car took mare than half an hour. They don't have kitchen facilities. You can not have your morning tea.

The stay was decent, room were clean and the hotel has ample parking space. The only issue was hotel didn't had any active restaurant so every-time we had to order from swiggy or zomato but besides that everything was good

Shower was not working properly, towels are not cleaned.

No food and even geyser is not working. Nobody was there even to hear. For the paid amount, it was overrated.

I found the hotel and booked for one night. Location of the hotel is good. But stay experience is not good. There is no any food arrangement. Room quality is not as per the standard with the price. No amenities and services.

The hotel is about 3km from the krishna janmbhoomi temple. It is close to nh-2. The ambience is very good. Rooms are spacious. There is no restaurant on property.

No food service, all rooms t. V not working bedsheet dirty and torn smell also room executive are useless

Washroom were not cleaned and looked like have not been cleaned from quite some time. Bedsheets were also dirty, staff just covered it properly to make it look like room has been prepared. No bathing soap, just a small 10gm soap was given to wash hands in toilet. Overall, worst experience you can get.

This is not a proper hotel it is a place fro marriages and functions management is poor they have few staff members so no one will come to help you, electricity issue it was going again and again ac was was getting switched off, they had no toiletries, no kettle in room, bed sheets were stained, we had booked this hotel for 2 days and after reaching hotel due to poor management we asked the manager to cancel for next day as we wanted to change the hotel, but he didn't responded and just delayed the process, flush was not working in between, there was smell of cigarettes in room, from my side it's a big no, instead book a dharamshala it will be better place in much lower price because you will get no service in this hotel after giving price according to hotel just overpriced hotel and don't go on the picture of hotel as pics look good very much disappointed from this hotel.

The hostel desk manager is good and supportive. The only issue is they don't have a kitchen in the hotel you need to go out for food. Only tea(paid) is available after 8. 15am.
