The stay was very pleasant clean room value for money

Its not a hotel , its a marriage cum event hall which has been converted into so called hotel . Events take place upto 3 am in the night with full volume .. which causes sleep disruption . Besides AC gets switched off every 15 minutes , when enquired the reception replied power issue, no backup is there . Bed is full of bugs. Some one was knocking the door and pressed calling bell for no reason , 4-5 times around 12 am in the midnight , when enquired reception replied that kids are doing the same .Pathetic service when asked for 2 empty dishes for dinner it took around 20 minutes . Dishes were too dirty .

Good Stay for Couples and family. The location is also perfect. All services are good.

Classy and good conditon of resort very impressive

Room and property and facilities were good but ac was not working

Everything was good with basic facilities were missing. They use the resort for marriage and functions so its little weird to stay in this resort. Room was spacious and clean. Food was not good

Good place to stay the janmabhoomi is nearby and easily you can go to vrindavan .Food service are good well maintained rooms and washroom

the stay was very bad, the room wasn’t ready and clean when we reached in the afternoon. service was also bad, no proper toileteries were provided, we have to ask them to provide us these basic necessities. and in the morning (next day) we didn’t even get any breakfast… it was told to us we have to tell them beforehand for the breakfast and then they will provide us. very very bad stay and service. totally waste of money. my stay was into total waste.

The room was fine, however, the health faucet didn't work, the fan didn't work, ac had no cooling. I had a breakfast package, but couldn't have it as we had an early morning trip. We requested the hotel to adjust it for dinner which they denied. And we paid extra for the breakfast package.

Unfortunately, my recent stay was marred by several issues. While the hotel's location and overall ambiance were promising, the room cleanliness and hot water availability were major disappointments. The room was not adequately cleaned, and the promised hot water supply was unreliable, even during peak hours. Despite reporting the issue, immediate solutions were not forthcoming. It's disheartening when basic amenities like clean rooms and hot water are not consistently provided. I hope the hotel management takes these concerns seriously and takes steps to rectify these issues in the future.

Excellent service. Good accomodation nice ambience. Also there is a park in central. Apart that location is in the middle of the mathura.
