Room size was quite small, I understood I booked a queens bed, but not a single chair was provided, dryer was missing, after calling the reception also they did not send it. While breakfast, we ordered dosa, they took a lot of time, post following up they told if you stand at the counter you’ll get fast. Which was such a weird answer. Being a 4 star property I did not expected this. It’s a pure veg breakfast buffet no eggs etc. The pool was good though. Over-all an average stay, the amount of money we paid and the. value we got isn’t proportional, with same amount I had better experiences with Hotels. Hence an average stay.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The food was good . The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience — would definitely recommend for anyone looking for good food and a relaxing stay!

The room was clean and nice but nothing great about the view as mentioned as valley view. There was noise of machine that was disturbing from the above floor/terrace through out the night,called the receptionist multiple times but he did not do anything about it.Since there is no fan in the room the sound was little loud so avoid this room The food was good and the staff were very cordial

Terrible Stay

The property and food were amazing; however, the room service was quite disappointing. There was no landline phone in the room, so it was difficult to reach anyone for assistance. The mini fridge wasn’t cooling properly, and the lights kept fluctuating several times during our stay. Housekeeping service was also very slow — we had to wait nearly 20 minutes just to get one bath towel.

Had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect — peaceful and scenic, yet close to all the main spots in Lonavala. Hi Team, The hotel location is too good, it feels safe and it’s in city on road side .I have stayed here earlier also and recommend to stay others too. Hiegene wise they are nice 👍🏻 The property is calm and peaceful . staff is helping . Food varieties can be added like egg or non-veg with multiple options in dessert and ice cream. As property is good they need to add more options like gym, spa and complimentary live music or small event for guests who are staying there, otherwise it will become boring. Rates can be reduced. More complimentary games can be added.

Poor Stay

Not atall helpful and there’s sooo much miscommunication they have with their own staff that they have to confirm 10 times with their multiple team members. My friend got injured near the pool side and they didnt even provide the medicine or any first aid kit. Someone came and said we can provide haldi milk. That also they didnt bring until we call them multiple times. Rooms are too small and not properly cleaned. No exhaust fans in the bathroom, it was stinking so badly. It was my bday so they told my frens that we’ll send the complimentary cake. My frens called them and told them atleast 4-5 times but still they were unbothered. They called us to provide the breakfast to compensate the whole thing. When we reached in the restaurant the whole staff denied that we didnt make such call. And again wasted our time to confirm this with multiple people. Ridiculous and such a bad experience.
