Very bad experience, bathroom not working, no air conditioner, untidy sheets, pillows and wardrobes, no room service, no soap, towel, bathing cup in the bathroom. Really, disgusting experience. Will never now book hotel on make my trip.

There is not a proper sanitization procedure, cleanliness score is zero. Washrooms was dirty. Caretaker asks us to compromise and says you can cancel and i will sell rooms at better rate.

Location was not traceable

We experience most bad experience in life and not find out location and return back in night to chandigarh without stay and never do booking in future and not give suggestion to anybody for booking onon make my trip. We face a huge problem to find location and staff of hotel is not co-operative even they not know to share location and force us to return to home without stay.

There was no room service. We had to carry the luggage ourselves. No food or tea, coffee was available.

The place is a homestay maintained by old couple. So not any kind of warm behavior with the guests. That house is very old and the gallery walls were shaking, parking space available for only two cars rest will be parked on road in front of home. The main issue was the cooperation from the stay owners, it was like staying with the landlords in a rented house, not in a hotel. Food wasn't available in the room service. Pic shown here is with cam filters. Don't even think if you are going to stay 3 people in a room even after booking.

Beautiful trip to kasauli

This hotel is situated near a temple on parwanoo kasauli road. The view of hills is very beautiful from the balcony of this hotel. You can just sit in the balcony to enjoy coffee and drinks. The owner of this property are very polite and helpful. I would recommend to visit this hotel to have a mesmerising experience.
