Super Hotel O ABIS INN Hotel Near Dhakuria Manipal Hospital

When we reached at property, they said us to pay extra amount. Then I call MakeMyTrip customer care executive when they saw that I am calling them. They said you don’t have to pay. We will give you check-in in five minutes after checking. We saw that the room qualities very much poor. The rooms are not that much good which was shown in MakeMyTrip. Trust these property viewing the photos which are attached in MakeMyTrip property details. Overall experience was very poor according to the listing.

They denied our entry. Completely harassed. Very rough behavior. Not refunded yeti will not recommend it to anybody. They are just worst

Location is good. But room is untidy, unhygenic, bedsheets are stained, small basin type was accommodated in that very small bathroom which is difficult to use and also unhygenic. No housekeeping boy came for the 3 days to clean the room for the booking days. Behaviour of the manager is not welcoming. 500- was charged for the early checkin of a room given for short period which was very dirty and unbearable, so left the room within 10 mins as it was difficult to use the room. Sometimes flash of the washroom did not work. Very less space in the washroom. We stayed in classic room but it was not as what it is showing in the booking site. Most importantly wifi was not available

Extremely terrible. The acs didn't work properly. The room had a weird smell of sweat and cigarettes. The rooms had no window or balcony (claustrophobic people please avoid this hotel)

Hotel is good but staff behavior is so bad, mainly reception staff. You are the top class tour operator for that, please guide the staff of this hotel how would behavior with the guest.

Ac is for show, not working. Bathroom is slippery. Room i and beed cover is durty. No drinking water. Staffs are most careless.

The rooms are quite small no service from hotel staff they can serve breakfast but not tea this is something new i heard from them, totally untidy hotel

I was charged extra 180 in cash for no reason. Bedsheet was dirty, toilet was dirty. Complimentry breakfast was denied. Room was very untidy. They were not excepting online booking at first, was insisting to pay 2000 offline.

very unhygienic hotel,bed linen are dirty,matres was completely worn out feels uneven in all sides,there was no water in the bathroom tap except the shower,windows were broken and no telephone receiver in the landline and while booking it was shown breakfast as complimentary we were served no breakfast,and last but not the list wifi was also not working…

Manager was so rude. gave a dirty room. bed sheets and pillow covers are so dirty. Bath room equipment's are not working properly.
