Hotel has been shut and make my trip is still booking it

It is ashamed for your so big group that u booked me in a non existing Hotel. Shut down few months back. Complaint took more than one hour. Request you to refund with inconvenience charges. Thanks

Though I had booked in hotel Oyo airport vatika. I had to stay in another hotel just because their was a power cut at airport vatika wherein I was not informed till I reached hotel by 9:45. Though I was suppose to check-in by 12:00 pm and I had got stuck in a conference but had a very bad experience. Bed was bad and I got some alergy after sleeping their.

Food was very bad. They don't have their own kitchen. Location of the hotel is very deep inside the street.
Not worthy for the price as location is very inside. Room was good. But no other services. No room service, no food service.
