Located very conveniently near Marine drive. Room and washroom was clean. Staff is courteous.We did not have food from there.Overall good experience

the stay was very good some fitttings in. bathroom were broken .food was good but i ordered for egg and they have given chicken after that they have taken approx 3 hours to change rooom service is little bit bad. overall it was good

The hotel is a dumb. Only good thing is that the bed was neat and clean. There was no water when i checked in and the ac was not working. They had to change my room from 206 to 203. A repair needed to be done one the water pump for having water. They don’t give fresh towels. The reception is inside the restaurant and when you check in, you are between people who are having food in the restaurant. The left/elevator floor was so dirty and it was never cleaned for 3 days when i was there. The restaurant is just average. No morning breakfast served. Access to hotel is a challenge. You should take this hotel out of your portal. Seriously. I will start doubting the standard of make my trip. This hotel is a terrible. Never will come and stay
