Terrible Stay

The hotel is on construction mode. Because of that we can't sleep whole night. Staff are not available on night. Housekeeping service are very poor. I found someone's hair all over in the bed. Bedsheet's is old and have holes in it. Overall experience in terrible. I'm not feeling well because we can't sleep whole night because of construction.

Average hotel with average room rate, no facilities for hot water, bathroom amenities, water, towels, pillow cases. Guest's floors have very strong smoke smell, not an good option for family. ( bathroom floor was really dirty.

In the hotel rose garden, there are- a)no food facilities if you wanna eat then either you have to go outside or order from outside b)the rooms are ordinary c) they provide necessary items but even their towel is very old and little dirty d) they do not provide tea cattles and tea elements,
