The unexpected change

We stayed at tree tops for two times before also but experienced a steep degradation in customer service this visit. The room was below expectation and we were not provided with the toiletries upon much request we were provided only a soap. The breakfast also lacked much of the items mentioned in the menu.

Horrible experience with treetop Guest House

The instance we visited the Guest House we got horrified as there was all smoke used by the staffs to get rid of a huge numbers of mosquitoes. In the room also they used the smoke for mosquitoes. With so much smoke we were not even able to breathe properly and over that the washroom was very stinky and even cleaned properly. We had to move to another hotel as it did not even stand due to mosquitoes and smoke. Horrible.

soloDefinitely one of the best Oyos that i have stayed in so far. The location was just perfect in the midst of nature, it was slightly isolated but I had a pretty good time. Staff was very helpful. I stayed in a 4x room. That was pretty lavishly maintained. Food options were very limited but otherwise I had a good stay.

Very good homestay type OYO hotel in Guwahati city. Really big and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast with quite a few choices. Has enough tables and cupboards to store all your bags and luggage.
