room was very bad 👎 service of staff was terrible ..room was in under working condition they gave me that room i barely stayed of 5 mim even they did not realize there mistake.. now one should go there its really bad 👎

Hotel staff not behaving well to our customers even though they don't give water and the washroom tap is also broken and when i was told to her about that she said that it is you have to use as it is.

After booking the room at the time of check in the receptionist person is asking to pay extra money but i called customer care then they talked to the hotel owner and resolved the issue then they asked me not to pay any extra money ask for.

The location was shifted to other place they didn't update and when called they started interviewing on call only and didn't share new location. The owner seems very frustrated and she was very irritating. Bad experience overall.

One the most worst hotel i have seen in my life. I didn't get the location to reach this hotel. My money is waste. I never recommend people for make my trip to book hotel because you are never saw the details of hotel and just give your frenzied

This has been my worst experience with mmt. The property denied our check-in, stating this much amount is not enough and you paid the amount to mm t this is your problem. I called your customer care and even after being on call with customer care for 1hr, they were not able to find me any other property. I drove more than 250km, i was tired and just wanted to rest but because of your hotel declining our stay, again i had to travel more for a day and i literally paid more than the regular price of that hotel where i stayed. Overall worst experience.

Very bad experience. Staff is very rude. They ask of extra charges. It is worst hotel i ever seen in my life. Please do not book this hotel

Rooms were too small. No stairs damm hard if you got third floor. No cleane's at all very few staff. Bathroom have drainage issue. Owner and staff are very polite with Customers. Won't recommend for family typically OYO hotel.😉

The room was not clean, also had elecricity issue. So, overall experience was not good as per expectation.

Location is good but the room was average. Cons: 1. Outside food not allowed unless you pay them extra. This is strange considering the fact that the most OYO's I've used in past do allow outside food. 2. No availability of RO/purified drinking water. Only package water bottles are available for which they charge extra for service charge. 3. Room wasn't that spacious there was barely the space for the king size bed. 4. Lack of door mats. 5. Lack of seating space in waiting lobby. It hurts especially when rooms aren't available for early check in.

I experience dirty bedsheet and unhygienic washroom and in washroom having 3-inch long centipede, and poor service of the hotel management.

No dustbin. No foot pads. After call provided that things but staff is good.

I chose it since it was close MANIT and it was my first visit to Bhopal. Hotel does not have lift and has steep stairs. I was a room in 3rd floor. Included breakfast was disaster as it was nothing but a single aloo paratha. So don't fall for it. No Almirah, wardrobe in room. No other furniture like chair, table etc. Though room had comfortable bed, TV and AC. Bathroom was decent not great. Room food service is very limited and ordered from outside mostly. No laundry service.
