The hotel Collection O Sagar Inn is poorly maintained. Air conditioners are not in working condition. The rooms are dark. No care from the manager/receptionist.

Rude host and amenities issue

The host behavior was too rude. There is not any single amenities' available like water bottle. When i asked a water he just gave me his half bottle water to use and used towel. Property location is good. Pm said we are not giving hotels on low price even booked from mm t. I had to visit thrice for check-in and he denied again and again.

Terrible Stay

The stay was terrible, the room was too dirty and the bedsheet, pillow, blanket all were stinky and had lots of marks in it. The bathroom gyeser and tv were not working. Overall i would not recommend it to anyone. Staff was not good and supportive.
